Our Standard Curtains and Blinds will be made in 10 working days from the date the order is received. Interlined items and orders with more than 5 items will be made in 15+ working days. Any FR order please allow 4 weeks delivery.
Each pair of curtains are pattern matched from the bottom. Any diversion from our standard make up will incur a 20% surcharge.
All measurements must be in cms to the nearest 0.5 cms
When Roman Blinds are required to pattern match, the sides are not guaranteed.
Please allow 5% atmospheric shringkage which usually occurs to all fabrics, depending on changing temperature and humidity.
We recommend all curtains be lined to reduce the effect of direct sunlight. All fabrics eventually fade please note this is not a fault of the fabric.
Whilst we will endeavour to make the items to your exact requirements, we will not replace the order if the sizes are within our acceptable tolerance limit of +/- 2cms on curtains and +/- 1cm on blinds and you will not be entitled to reject the goods.

If goods are returned and no fault is found or agreed then a minimum charge of £25 will be applied for collection and re-delivery back to yourselves.

CURTAINS
Seams 7.5 cms appx and blind stitch bottom hem. Mitred corners, woven 3" woven pocket tape as standard. Widths to be full or 1/2 widths. If a single curtain containing a half width is required please state which side the half width is on and the item will be charged to the nearest full width. Curtains are automatically matched Left and Right.PINCH PLEAT
Standard is 4" Triple Pleats and also available in 5" & 6" and Double Pleat and fitted with adjustable plastic zip hooks. We allow in the make up 5cms for spring back and 5 cms overlap each curtain, totalling 20 cms per pair. We strongly recommend the use of a pole not a track to ensure the pleats hang correctly. Average finished width per curtain when pleated is 60cms.
EYELETS
Standard Eyelets are 40 mm ring. 50 mm eyelets are available on request and are available in Satin Silver / Chrome / Antique Copper / Old Gold / Brass and Gunmetal. Drop required from the top of pole only. We will allow the 4cms above the pole.
WAVE
Made with universal wave heading tape and a fullness of approximately 2.2 times. Please ensure that you have selected fabric which is suitable for this type of heading, generally if the fabric falls into a soft wave it will be suitable.

VALANCES & PELMETS
Valances are fitted with 7.5 cm header tape and available in Pencil or Pinch Pleat. Velcro must be requested for Valances. Pelmets are made from Pelform and Velcro is stitched to the inner edge.
ROMAN BLINDS
All Blinds are supplied with track and fixing bracket ready to hang. Blinds that are made with Blackout Lining are not total Blackout Blinds. Maximum width is 250 cms which is due to the weight and the safety break system. Trimmings can be attached to both side and the bottom of blind. Fabric Trim can only be attached to the bottom. Please ask for prices.
CUSHION COVERS
Available up to 24". All zips will be supplied in either Beige or Black.
TIEBACKS
Made with Buckram and supplied with standard brass ring. Silver D rings are available on request.
